Forms for serving in the Next Gen Ministry (Preschool- 12th grade)
Please fill out all forms and references. All forms must be completed and processed before individuals can join a Rock Hill Next Gen Team.
**All volunteers working with minors will need to complete an Abuse Awareness Training before serving. An invitation will be sent to the email address listed on your volunteer application.
