If you are requesting a room reservation for a meeting, Life Group, or third-party event, please fill out the form below. There will be no marketing on our end, as these meetings should be internal team meetings rather than open to the whole congregation.
Please note that submitting this form doesn’t mean your request is approved. You’ll receive event approval, confirming the marketing plan, within 5 business days of submission.

If you’re putting on a large event for the whole church and the community, please fill out the form below. Tier 1 events are almost exclusively for outreach (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Friend’s Day, Football Sunday, Light the Night, Community Events, etc.).
Please note that submitting this form doesn’t mean your request is approved. You’ll receive event approval, confirming the marketing plan, within 5 business days of submission.

Tier 2 events are for most of the congregation, if not all (e.g. Trainings, Service Opportunities, Fundraising Events, etc.). If you need a flyer, please let us know, but note the cost will come from that specific ministry. You also have the option (if space is available) to host a table booth in the foyer for a Sunday or two to generate interest and help signup’s.

Tier 3 events are for a smaller portion of the congregation. (e.g. students, kids, men’s, women’s, parents or a specific ministry like Worship Arts, a Care Team, etc.). If you need a flyer, please let us know, but note the cost will come from that specific ministry. You also have the option (if space is available) to table in the Lobby for a Sunday or two to generate interest and help signup’s.
