What do you do at Rock Hill?
I serve as the NextGen Pastor! I work to equip, empower, and encourage parents as we partner together to pass faith on to the next generation.
When did you come to Rock Hill?
Our family joined Rock Hill Baptist Church in March 2020 and I have served full time on staff since that time.
When and how did the Lord save you?
I was saved when I was 6 years old. I grew up in a family that kept faith at the center of everything we did. I remember praying with my parents as I asked God for forgiveness of my sin. I was baptized the following Easter Sunday by my grandfather who served as our pastor!
If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on?
Faith and the family! God designed the family to put Himself on display and it is in the context of the family that God describes Himself throughout the Bible! The enemy attacks the ideal of family and the roles within to distort our view of God and His love. Families more than ever need to be intentional to keep Christ at the center of our homes. We are in a battle, but victory belongs to the one on our side!
