As we enter into this season of transition and seek God’s will for Rock Hill Baptist Church and our next Senior Pastor, we want to let you know what the next couple of months will look like in the life of our church!
Sunday, April 21
Speaker: Dr. Michael Criner | Senior Pastor
- Forms are available in the foyer for members to recommend individuals for the Senior Pastor Selection Committee (Due May 5). This is an important decision in the life of the church. Therefore, there will be a two-week period of prayer and thought before recommendations are due for consideration.
Sunday, April 28
Speaker: Dr. Michael Criner | Senior Pastor
- Celebrate the Criner family and what God has done in their time at Rock Hill! Grab a cookie, hug their necks, and pray for them. Take time to write them a note of encouragement!
Sunday, May 5
Speaker: Joe Lightner | SBTC Associate Executive Director
- SPSC Nomination Forms are due. Throughout the month of May, the Finance Committee will be meeting to review and vet nominations.

- Pray for our Finance Committee and Executive Team as they lead throughout the transition.
- Pray for wisdom and discernment for the Senior Pastor Selection Committee as they seek God’s will for Rock Hill.
- Pray for the next Senior Pastor and his family.
- Pray that Rock Hill will stay focused on the mission and unified during this time of transition.
