VBS Day 2 – Volunteer Updates!

Hello VBS Leaders!

We received great feedback from parents and kids at VBS, mainly because of all of our awesome volunteers! Last Night at VBS we had 215 kids checkin   We also received some great feedback from our leaders and are making some adjustments for tonight! We want to thank you all for your patience, grace, and flexibility last night!  We have worked on addressing the issues we ran into last night and have made some adjustments.  Below are some house keeping items for tonight!

House keeping items for tonight:

  1. Please arrive by 5:30 PM to checkin, drop off nursery kids, and make your way to your spot by 5:50 PM.
  2. Volunteer and Nursery kids checkin has been moved to the children’s desk to help with drop off congestion.
  3. Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the back doors.
  4. We have added a speaker system to the lobby to help with the grade school snack skits.  Please help your group quietly engage in the skit taking place.
  5. Please check to make sure parent tags match up with children tags at pickup.
  6. Pickup for Grade school will be one way in and one way out with signs on the doors.

**Nursery will be ready to receive volunteer kids at 5:40 PM.**

Thank you so much for partnering with our church to pass faith on to the next generation!  The fact that God allows us the opportunity to teach His truth to others and participate in His greater mission is humbling!  We are thankful to partner with each of you in His ministry.
